2. My Wellbeing Club

Brought to you by Fitter Mother, above, and Taryn Roberts, a nutritional therapist and wellbeing coach, My Wellbeing Club is all about the power of nutrition, mindset, and movement within a supportive community. This recently established club offers both online and in-person wellness programmes across the local community, with the support of local businesses such as Colline’s Kitchen and the Greenham Trust.

Like many others, Caroline of Caroline’s Circuits took her classes online in 2020 as a result of the pandemic. Also based in Berkshire, her passion for strength training and subsequently circuits – where the name originated! – is brought to life through these 30-minute workouts with resistance-based exercises. 4. Joe Wicks: The Body Coach

This guy needs no introduction, but certainly deserves a mention, being the king of celebrity trainers. Bringing joy to millions and a fresh perspective to exercise, Joe Wicks transformed a nation, or indeed the world. By bringing his live online workouts primarily to children during the pandemic, he made kids smile and kept parents sane. He made exercise fun. 5. Kayla Itsines: Sweat

Kayla Itsines is a world-renowned Australia personal trainer who founded the app, Sweat. Her goal is to empower women through health and fitness to feel their very best and most confident selves. She focuses on high intensity and strength training, with a team of different instructors. 6. Yoga with Adriene

It’s not all about HIIT workouts! Yoga is the perfect complement to more intensive exercise; yoga works different muscles, as well as focuses on flexibility, posture and of course enables relaxation. It is by no means an easy alternative! Depending on the type of yoga you choose, it can be slow-paced, such as hatha, or more energising and challenging, such as vinyasa.

Yoga with Adriene has it all; a huge selection of free online yoga workouts of varying lengths and for varying abilities on her Youtube channel (Yoga with Adriene). 7. Davina McCall: Own your Goals

Davina (no second name needed) and her home fitness app, Own Your Goals, has made it big in recent years. Being so relatable and instantly likeable, she came from a past she struggled with, and overcame what seemed like insurmountable obstacles to become a household hero, and totally all-round nice person: a person who happens to be very fit indeed.

The app is packed full of brilliant workouts and challenges, as well as plenty of nutritional and wellbeing advice, for an incredibly reasonable £4.99 a month.
