Celebration Cakes

I specialise in buttercream Celebration Cakes and each cake is bespoke and tailored to meet individual briefs.

The cakes come in 3 different sizes and serve the following portions:
• 4 inch serves 8 large portions or 16 smaller pieces
• 6 inch serves 12 or 24 portions
• 8 inch serves 30 or 60 portions

I offer the following flavours: Vanilla sponge with strawberry jam, lemon sponge with lemon curd, chocolate sponge with chocolate filling, chocolate sponge with Oreo filling, and a brown sugar sponge with Biscoff and caramel filling.

All cakes are filled, and crumb coated with American buttercream and finished off with swiss meringue buttercream on the outside.

I encourage customers to provide me with as much detail as possible in the initial enquiry – date of collection, size they require, flavour and theme if they have one.
